ELLEVUE, Wash. - (Business Wire) BSQUARE Corporation (Nasdaq: BSQR) today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008. Total revenue for the quarter was $17.1 million, up 13% from $15.1 million in the prior year. The company reported net income for the quarter of $1.0 million, or $0.10 per diluted share, up 57% compared to net income of $638,000, or $0.06 per diluted share, in the prior year.

Brian Crowley, BSQUARE’s chief executive officer, commented on the first quarter’s results, “We had a very solid quarter.
